• Lead regulatory assessments for new or changed mobile connectivity propositions, translating requirements into actions.
• Manage engagement with internal stakeholders and external regulators; prepare briefs, submissions, position papers and recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory risks early, including cross-border and multi-market issues; propose mitigation options.
• Maintain a high-quality regulatory knowledge base for mobile telecom rules and policy developments.
