Responsibilities

• Create processes and tools to improve overall game quality
• Follow KPIs of live games and propose quality-improvement strategies
• Coordinate with design and development teams to refine product

• Prioritize and execute testing tasks across development stages
• Foster open feedback culture and collaborative teamwork
