Job summary

Evolve Talent Search Ltd. is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing building services contractor working across high-profile facilities management contracts.

The role covers service, maintenance and fault-finding across commercial environments, with travel between Reading and Bristol and a chance to gain exposure to a specialist chiller partner. The ideal candidate has a solid HVAC service and maintenance background, with on-call responsibilities and a company

Qualifications

• Senior air conditioning engineer with strong FM/building services experience.
• Solid HVAC service and maintenance background.
• Chiller experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Initial technical conversations followed by a structured technical test with the Technical Services Manager.
• Participation in a call-out rota (currently 1 in 8–9, after probation, minimum 4 hours paid if called out).
• Mobile role with travel: 10-hour day, up to 1 hour travel each way.
