Job summary

Evolve Talent Search Ltd is seeking an experienced air conditioning engineer to join a growing building services contractor delivering FM contracts across high-profile sites in the Midlands. You will focus on service, maintenance and fault-finding across commercial and critical environments, with exposure to chillers a bonus but not essential.

The role involves PPMS, reactive call-outs, fault repairs on systems such as splits, VRV/VRF and AHUs, maintaining compliance and reporting, and working

Qualifications

• Experience in FM/building services is required.
• Solid background in HVAC service and maintenance.
• Chiller exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance on HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Attend reactive call-outs, fault-finding and component replacements.
• Work on splits, VRV/VRF, AHUs and related equipment.
• Provide engineering support for flagship FM contracts.
• Maintain compliance, documentation and reporting per client requirements.
• Operate in live customer environments with minimal downtime.
• Participate in a call-out rota (1 in 6-8 post-probation).
