Job summary

Viator is seeking an intermediate to senior MLOps Engineer to join the Tripadvisor Experiences Engineering team in London. You will help build and support an AI-driven marketplace by delivering scalable ML infrastructure, real-time and batch processing, and robust deployment pipelines.

You will collaborate across data science and software engineering, ensuring high-quality ML products, cost-aware optimizations, and effective CI/CD practices in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in MLOps building modern ML infrastructure for model lifecycle.
• Hands-on with AWS and/or GCP for scalable MLOps solutions.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation in production.
• Familiarity with ML tooling: Seldon, Kubeflow, MLFlow is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools and infrastructure support for ML/AI workflows.
• Evolve tech stack in AWS cloud and leverage latest solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable infra for batch and real-time models.
• Own software engineering from design to QA and maintenance.
• Monitor ML pipelines for accuracy, drift, SLA, and cost.
