Job summary

trg. is looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join a fast-growing AI engineering team in London. The role focuses on deploying and maintaining ML models in production within a lean, ownership-driven environment backed by a major global organisation.

You'll work with Python-based services (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and oversee experiments and model versioning to ensure robust, observable ML systems.

Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering background with hands-on experience in FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Proven track record of deploying and monitoring ML models in production environments.
• Experiment tracking and model versioning experience (MLflow/Weights & Biases).
• Background in startups or scaleups where you've had real ownership and worked in lean teams.
