Job summary

Arm is seeking an experienced engineer to design and develop software powering ML validation across next-generation platforms. The role focuses on building scalable frameworks and automation for running ML workloads on Arm CPUs, GPUs, NPUs, and pre-silicon environments.

You will collaborate with ML software, systems, and IP teams, driving improvements and ensuring timely, high-quality releases. Strong Python skills and Docker/CI/CD familiarity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong software development or automation experience (Python required).
• Experience with modern Python development — OO design and tools like uv and ruff.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab or GitHub).
• Good communication and cross-cultural awareness; embraces diversity.

Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks and tooling for running ML workloads and benchmarks across Arm platforms.
• Automate execution, data collection, and visualization pipelines to assess quality and performance.
• Collaborate with ML software, systems, and IP teams to define requirements and drive improvements.
• Explore ML performance on future Arm architectures and pre-silicon platforms.
