Job summary

Arm Limited is seeking an experienced engineer to design and develop software powering ML validation across our next-generation platforms. You’ll build scalable frameworks and automation to exercise ML workloads, collect data, and visualize results, enabling release on time and with quality across multi-architecture environments.

You’ll collaborate with ML software, systems and IP teams, and influence performance on future Arm architectures and pre-silicon platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software development or automation (Python required).
• Experience with modern Python development - OO design and tools such as uv and ruff.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub).
• Comfortable developing on Linux or Mac.
• Good communication skills, intercultural awareness and you embrace diversity.

Responsibilities

• Developing frameworks and tooling for running ML workloads and benchmarks across heterogeneous Arm platforms and board farms.
• Automating execution, data collection, and visualization pipelines to streamline quality and performance assessment.
• Collaborating closely with ML software, systems, and IP teams to define requirements, and drive improvements.
• Exploring and influencing ML performance on future Arm architectures and next-generation pre-silicon platforms.
• You won’t be writing individual tests - you’ll be designing the systems that make large-scale ML validation and performance analysis possible.
