Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior ML Software Engineer to join our ML team, focusing on production-ready ML services and platform capabilities. You will own backend services, APIs, and the end-to-end lifecycle of high‑profile products in production.

You’ll collaborate with ML researchers, product managers, and platform engineers to deliver scalable, low‑latency ML solutions, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and participate in on‑call rotations to ensure reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer or ML/MLOps engineer with production experience.
• Experience deploying ML models as production services and APIs.
• Strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy production ML services and APIs.
• Own end-to-end reliability and performance with SLO-driven metrics.
• Evolve ML platform tooling to improve developer velocity.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems when needed.
