Qualifications

• Multiple year track record leading the development and deployment of advanced ML models in a fast-moving tech company.
• Experience shipping deep learning, graph-based, and sequence-based ML architectures to production and deliver business impact.
• Strong production Python coding and SQL skills; comfortable with Go language.

Responsibilities

• Identify and scope opportunities to transform Customer Operations with ML.
• Design and develop ML models using LLMs, RAG, and sequence-based architectures to improve query resolution and routing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor others to raise the discipline’s standards.
• Coordinate with MLOps and backend teams to enable rapid model iteration and lifecycle optimisations.
