Job summary

Teya in London is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join the Data team and help shape our growing ML platform. You will design, deploy and operate ML services for batch and real-time inference, and contribute to architecture and data product thinking.

You will work with data scientists, software engineers and platform teams to build reliable production solutions and improve automation across the ML lifecycle, while upholding strong engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ML Engineering, MLOps or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with a managed ML platform (e.g., SageMaker).
• Experience deploying containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with model-serving platforms and backend APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ML platform, services, and tooling to deploy, serve, and operate ML models in production.
• Deploy and operate ML workloads across the ML infrastructure.
• Improve automation across the ML lifecycle (packaging, deployment, versioning, monitoring).
• Maintain reliability and observability of the ML platform and model-serving services.
