Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years working with Python and/or Rust; other systems-level knowledge is a big plus.
• Experience working with highly distributed and scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of high level system design.
• Outstanding academic background; Ivy League Computer Science preferred.
• A curious and tech-driven personality.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the infrastructure that powers high-performance ML workloads.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimisations across the stack.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, researchers and platform teams.
• Establish observability, reliability and performance benchmarking practices.
