Job summary

Super is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager for Applied Machine Learning & Research to drive ML system development and delivery. You will balance technical contributions, project coordination, and people management, guiding a team of 4–5 data scientists and ML engineers to deliver value across predictive analytics, personalization, and real‑time recommendations.

You will collaborate with product management and stakeholders, stay current with ML/AI trends, and ensure production‑ready

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in machine learning and data science roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams, supporting the growth and performance of engineers.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, primarily AWS, and containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
