Qualifications
- PhD or MSc in STEM or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive years of ML engineering and software delivery expertise.
- Strong software engineering background with production ML systems.
- Experience leading ML engineers or technical contributors.
Responsibilities
- Line manage and develop ML engineers and contribute to hiring and onboarding.
- Hands-on contribution to complex delivery projects while leading multiple engagements.
- Establish and embed ML engineering best practices across the Lab.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across ML engineers, scientists and software engineers.
- Support pre-sales activity with technical scoping and solution shaping.
