Trainline, London, is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to shape the technical direction of ML and AI initiatives across the business. You will work with data scientists, software engineers and product managers to deliver scalable models and data products.

We value deep expertise in Python, ML libraries and productionising ML systems, plus cloud knowledge and a collaborative mindset. The role is hybrid, based in London, with opportunities to influence critical customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/Math or related quantitative field.
• Strong productionising ML models with predictive modelling or recommender systems.
• Proficiency in Python and open-source data libraries.
• Experience with Spark and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ML models at scale delivering measurable business impact.
• Own end-to-end ML delivery lifecycle from data exploration to deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
