Job summary

Prima is expanding its engineering team in London and seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to define the model development lifecycle and productionize Oracle-driven ML components. You will shape the tech stack, ensure scalable pipelines, and contribute to cloud-native tooling within a fast-evolving insurance platform.

Ideal candidates are strong Python developers with hands-on ML production experience, and a background in software architecture, microservices, and modern testing practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and ML model lifecycle development.
• Experience taking ML models to production with scalable pipelines.
• Strong software development practices (TDD/BDD).
• Solid software architecture knowledge including design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define model development methodologies and stack decisions across the life cycle.
• Productionalize and evolve ML Oracles that pilot Prima's microservices.
• Develop tools, packages, and pipelines essential for the team.
• Stay current with emerging ML and cloud technologies.
