Job summary

Spotify seeks a skilled ML professional to design, build, and deploy models that optimize messaging across push, email, and in-app channels. You will plan multi‑objective experiments and contribute to RL systems targeting long‑term user outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define success metrics, own the full ML lifecycle, and integrate models with upstream systems and signals.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying ML models in production at scale.
• Ability to translate business problems into ML solutions and discuss trade-offs with cross-functional partners.
• Experience with or curiosity about reinforcement learning and long-term optimization systems.
• Strong understanding of experimentation and reliable test design.
