Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in ML, AI or related field, or equivalent research experience.
• Demonstrated publications at NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, KDD, or RecSys.
• Deep knowledge of ML, RL, large-model training, and evaluation.
• Experience designing experiments with real-world datasets.
• Curiosity, creativity, and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to translate research into product opportunities with cross-functional teams.
