Viridien seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive the AI development lifecycle from data ingestion to deployment. You will ensure models are reliable, reproducible, and impactful across production environments.

You will join a global AI team applying LLMs and agentic workflows to digital solutions, translating AI advancements into business outcomes. The role combines research and production responsibilities with leadership duties.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D in a technical discipline.
• Proficiency in one or more listed languages (C/C++/R/Java/Python).
• Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) knowledge.
• Experience with large-scale model workflows and data pipelines.
• Experience deploying production-grade AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy LLMs and domain-specific models.
• Build evaluation infrastructure and benchmarks across datasets.
• Design and orchestrate multi-model agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers to maintain robust data pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
