Job summary

C4S Search Ltd – Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Central London. Hybrid working, full-time or contract. You will design, deploy and scale ML systems for demand forecasting and AI products, building end-to-end pipelines and multimodal models.

You will collaborate with Applied Scientists, Data Engineers, PMs and business stakeholders to productionise solutions. Role requires strong Python, PySpark/Databricks experience, hands-on DL with PyTorch or TensorFlow, and a pragmatic, business-focused

• Design, develop, and deploy production ML systems in a scalable way.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data prep, experiments, training, eval, deployment, monitoring.
• Work with PySpark/Databricks for large-scale data processing and feature engineering.
