Job summary

Lorien is seeking an ML Engineer in the UK to design, build and optimise machine learning pipelines and data platforms. You will enable industrialisation of ML models and deliver scalable data solutions in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires hands-on ML deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management, with strong coding skills in Python, SQL and Spark, and experience on AWS/Azure or similar clouds. Salary up to £59,000 plus a 20% bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience designing ML pipelines and data workflows.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL/Spark.
• Experience with ML Ops and data engineering in Agile settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and data workflows.
• Deploy, monitor and lifecycle-manage ML models in production.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency, reliability and performance.
• Develop robust data engineering solutions for analytics and ML use cases.
• Follow governance, monitoring and observability practices for models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to tooling and engineering standards.
