As a Senior Consultant, you’ll combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and client collaboration to deliver high-quality AI & Data solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing & Delivering AI & Data Solutions – Develop data models, analytics pipelines, AI / ML models, and cloud-based solutions that drive business value.
2. Client Collaboration – Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Technical Problem-Solving – Apply Python, SQL, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to solve real-world problems.
4. Supporting Agile Project Delivery – Work in Agile teams to develop, test, and deploy data solutions efficiently.
5. Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing – Support junior consultants in developing technical and consulting skills.
6. Staying Ahead of Trends – Keep up with the latest AI, ML, and data engineering advancements and contribute to Deloitte’s innovation initiatives.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in a data-driven environment. You bring:

• 4-6 years of experience in Machine Learning and/or AI Engineering with proficiency in either Python or R and advanced SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and data transformation tools like dbt is strongly preferred.
• Experience with modern cloud services such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure, indicating familiarity with cloud-based data solutions.
• Proven experience in data manipulation and preprocessing, essential for preparing and structuring datasets effectively.
• Experience conducting end-to-end data analysis, defining data requirements, and ensuring data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advanced skills in statistical analysis and the development of statistical predictive models, making you a highly preferred candidate.
• A deep understanding of domain knowledge in software development, critical for integrating AI solutions into existing systems.
• Hands-on experience in Computer Vision, along with skills in model deployment and optimization is a plus.
