We are seeking a talented Senior Mixologist to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering personalised service, this is an incredible opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment. This position reports
to the Bar Manager.

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off

Key Responsibilities of a SeniorMixologist:

• Crafting exquisite cocktails and
  drinks while consistently delivering exceptional service to guests.
• Ensuring the bar area and
  surrounding tables are impeccably set up and maintained to the highest
  standards.
• Working across all areas of the
  bar, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
• Preparing a variety of drinks,
  cocktails, and food offerings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.
• Demonstrating strong menu
  knowledge, offering expert advice and suggestions to guests.
