Job summary

Novomorphic Ltd. in the UK is building a senior mixed-signal IC engineering team to develop high-performance analogue and mixed-signal blocks for advanced semiconductor systems.

You will lead architecture, simulation, layout-aware design, bring-up, and debugging, mentoring engineers while delivering robust designs down to 22 nm CMOS, with a strong emphasis on high-speed data converters and system-level integration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electronics engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years' experience as analogue circuit engineer.
• Strong fundamentals in analogue and mixed-signal design.
• Experience leading high-calibre analogue and mixed-signal teams.
• Experience with high-speed ADCs/DACs and 22 nm CMOS.
• Expertise in switched-capacitor circuits and calibration.
• Experience with lab characterisation and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design high-speed core ADC/DAC blocks.
• Develop serial data interface paths and signal-chain circuitry.
• Lead layout activities and mentor engineers.
• Contribute to chip bring-up, lab characterisation, and performance analysis.
