Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or a numerate discipline.
- Significant experience within the defence sector and missile/effector systems.
- Proven experience in missile or system architecture development and concept generation.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for missile and effector concept development and bids.
- Lead the development and application of architectural models and trade studies.
- Develop future missile architectures and specifications aligned to strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the effector strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to influence future capability development.
- Lead and mentor technical groups to grow SQEP across the organisation.
