Job summary

You will drive end-to-end delivery from planning through post-migration stabilization, establish governance routines, and coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure a controlled transition with minimal disruption.

• Experience leading complex projects or migration initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Ability to align stakeholders across operations, product, technology, risk, and business teams.
• Strong governance, risk and dependency management with clear project controls.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-ready status updates and decisions.

• Outstanding communication and facilitation during working sessions and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of migration initiatives from planning to post-migration stabilization.
• Define governance routines, delivery plans, milestones, and success measures.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to meet scope and timelines.
• Identify readiness activities and track gaps and actions.
• Plan client migration activities across internal teams and external touchpoints.
• Support clients through migration milestones for a smooth transition.
• Drive issue resolution, contingency planning, and timely decisions.
• Manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and actions throughout the project.
