Qualifications

• Five years of commercial insurance account handling experience is preferred.
• Comfort with mid‑corporate clients and more complex accounts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day servicing of a mid‑corporate portfolio.
• Handle renewals with Account Executives, including renewal strategy and client requirements.
• Prepare renewal presentations, market submissions and supporting documents.
• Negotiate terms with insurers and address coverage issues as needed.
• Manage mid‑term adjustments, policy queries and client requests.
• Review policy documents to ensure accurate reflect of client needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal colleagues.
