Job summary

Capco in London is seeking a Senior Dynamics Architect to lead D365 Customer Service initiatives for financial services. This role shapes next-gen platforms using D365, Power Platform and Azure, guiding architecture design and delivery governance.

You will mentor engineers, translate business needs into technical designs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in D365 Customer Service and Microsoft cloud services.
• Strong background in integration design, case management, SLA handling, and contact routing.
• Proficiency with Dynamics/Power Automate connectors and configuration best practices.
• FS domain knowledge in Capital Markets and back-office functions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders and clients.

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Dynamics Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies to deliver impactful solutions across the financial services sector. This role offers the opportunity to shape next-gen customer and business platforms, using D365, Power Platform, and Azure services. You'll lead architecture design, support delivery governance, and mentor future technical leaders in a collaborative, outcomes-driven environment.

• Familiarity with Dataverse implementations within complex enterprise solutions
