As part of their expansion plans, they are looking for a Senior Microsoft Purview Consultant to join the team and support their clients in implementing and enabling Microsoft Purview and related M365 and Azure Technologies, including data governance, compliance, and risk management solutions.

The Role

You will work on Microsoft Purview capabilities such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection (IP), Insider Risk Management (IRM), and Data Lifecycle Management to deploy and optimize Purview solutions for data discovery, classification, and regulatory compliance.

Design and deploy Microsoft Purview solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms to meet organizational data governance and compliance goals.

Assess customer environments and requirements to deliver tailored Purview configurations, policies, and controls.

Support and design deployments of Purview features like eDiscovery, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Communication Compliance, and Information Barriers.

Advise on and implement best practices for Insider Risk Management and regulatory compliance using Purview's tools.

Collaborate with C-level stakeholders, compliance, and information governance teams to align technical solutions with business policies and regulatory requirements.

Integrate Microsoft Purview with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure infrastructure.

Present findings and recommendations to customer technical teams and decision-makers.

Provide ongoing support and advice to help clients optimize their compliance posture through continuous improvements.

The Person

Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Purview solutions in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Thorough understanding of Purview features, including:

• Information Protection (Sensitivity Labels, encryption, etc.)
• eDiscovery & Communication Compliance
• Data Lifecycle Management & Records Management

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Azure integrations.

Experience in designing or auditing enterprise data governance and compliance controls.

Excellent documentation skills, including low-level designs, deployment guides, and client summaries.

Ability to clearly present findings, recommendations, and technical designs to clients and stakeholders.

Passion for problem-solving, teamwork, and creating innovative solutions.

Due to project sensitivity, candidates should have SC Clearance or be eligible for it.
