Job summary

MS Talent Ltd. is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer to design and deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365, Azure and AI solutions from London or Manchester, with occasional days in the office.

You will mentor teammates, create technical documentation and drive cloud-native development across modern platforms. The role requires extensive SharePoint Online, SPFx, TypeScript and Azure experience, including Azure AI Foundry/OpenAI and IaC with Terraform/Bicep.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience across SharePoint Online development and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Expert TypeScript and SPFx skills.
• Strong Microsoft Graph API, PnP Core, PnP PowerShell and SharePoint development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Search and Term Store.
• Strong PowerShell skills for administration, automation and migration.
• Experience with Azure PaaS, including Azure Functions, Storage, Logic Apps, APIs and managed identities.
• Experience developing with C# and .NET Core.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry or similar AI development platforms.
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub, source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including estimation and technical delivery.
• Ability to confirm whether you are a British passport holder with five years UK residency, as this role may require Security Check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-ready Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure and AI solutions.
• Develop secure cloud solutions using Azure, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
• Build integrations and automation using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs and managed identities.
• Develop AI-enabled applications using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Produce technical documentation, estimates and presentations for technical and client audiences.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud development and responsible AI technologies.
