Job summary

MS Talent is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer for London or Manchester, with a weekly on-site commitment. You will design and deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365, Azure and AI solutions across SharePoint Online, SPFx and Graph, mentoring colleagues and contributing to cloud and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities include building production-ready solutions, IaC with Terraform/Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines, while staying current on Microsoft 365, Azure and responsible AI tech.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience across SharePoint Online development and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Expert TypeScript and SPFx skills.
• Strong Microsoft Graph API, PnP Core, PnP PowerShell and SharePoint development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Search and Term Store.
• Strong PowerShell skills for administration, automation and migration.
• Experience with Azure PaaS, including Azure Functions, Storage, Logic Apps, APIs and managed identities.
• Experience developing with C# and .NET Core.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry or similar AI development platforms.
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub, source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including estimation and technical delivery.
