Our teams are committed to Cambian’s vision, understanding the challenges and rewards of working with young people and striving to make a meaningful impact daily.

This role is dynamic and field-based. You will provide therapeutic services, conduct assessments, and formulate intervention plans to support trauma recovery and psychological understanding based on evidence-based practices. You will help young people in both school and home settings to recover from trauma and develop independence.

The role offers autonomy to assess needs, provide consultation and training, and engage in reflective practice.
