Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a senior instrumentation specialist to perform maintenance, calibration, and qualification of laboratory instrumentation in a regulated environment. You will drive advanced troubleshooting, implement validated routines, and provide guidance to technical staff to ensure quality systems remain compliant.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in physical sciences, engineering, or IT and a minimum of eight years’ GxP, lab, and instrument maintenance experience, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in physical sciences, engineering or IT.
• Minimum 8 years in GxP, lab, and/or instrument maintenance and repair.
• Experience documenting instrument troubleshooting and non-routine events.
• Experience developing instrument validation deliverables in a GXP environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, calibration, and/or qualification of laboratory instrumentation per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance of quality systems and instrumentation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of laboratory instrumentation.
• Implement/validate routine instrumentation and assist with research/validation of advanced instrumentation.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and training to technical personnel.
• Maintain routine instruments in a validated state with preventative maintenance, testing and validation.
• Ensure activities are completed on time and in compliance with quality systems.
