What we're looking for

Our US-based client, a boutique performance marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer to lead paid social efforts and oversee a growing team of media buyers. This role is key to scaling client brands and driving results across multiple accounts. You’ll have the opportunity to work with fast-moving DTC brands, especially in the food, wellness, and lifestyle spaces, while collaborating closely with strategy and creative teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid social ad accounts (primarily Meta) for 5–7 brands.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level media buyers.
  • Oversee weekly and monthly reporting, performance analysis, and insights.
  • Collaborate on account strategies with internal teams and senior leadership.
  • Ensure executional excellence and data-informed decision-making across accounts.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns (and other platforms like TikTok).
  • Experience leading and developing team members in a remote setting.
  • Strong interest in eCommerce and DTC marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills for ad creatives.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating AI tools into workflow or decision-making.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management software.
  • Past experience with both ecommerce and lead generation clients.
