Job summary

Auto Skills UK is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled MET Technician in Wolverhampton. You will perform mechanical, electrical and trim repairs on accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring work is completed safely and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MET Technician in an automotive accident repair environment.
• Knowledge across mechanical, electrical and trim disciplines.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults effectively.
• Experience with vehicle components removal and refitting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and trim repair on accident-damaged vehicles.
• Strip and refit components per repair methods and procedures.
• Diagnose faults and identify required repairs.
• Ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards and follow health & safety procedures.
• Collaborate with panel, paint, estimators and workshop controllers to maintain throughput.
