Job summary

Instore is seeking a Senior Merchandiser for Manchester. This field-based role is 18 hours across three days (Monday, Thursday and Friday) with a salary of £14.80 per hour inclusive of holiday pay and mileage.

You will support auditors and KPI achievement in the team, recruit and develop Merchandisers, and deliver annual refresher training. Candidate must have a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Experience in retail or field marketing and KPI delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure.

About the role

Our Senior Merchandisers support our Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers in achieving successful execution of routine audits and supporting the team to achieve targets and KPI's across their geographical territory.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the recruitment, development and retention of a team of dedicated Merchandisers and deliver annual refresher training as needed.

This role is field based, and therefore the successful candidate will need to have a full clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle. The ideal candidate will also have experience in retail, or a field marketing environment and have a passion for ensuring that high standards are delivered and KPIs are met.
