Our Field Performance Leaders support our Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers in achieving successful execution of routine audits and supporting the team to meet targets and KPIs across their geographical territory.

You will also assist in the recruitment, development, and retention of a dedicated team of Merchandisers, delivering annual refresher training as needed.
