The Role:We're seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Merchandiser to lead trading across the brand's thriving eCommerce channel. This is a hands-on role with direct responsibility for planning, trading, and managing stock across own-site and key marketplaces.

You'll work closely with Buying, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to optimise performance, manage WSSI and Open to Buy (OTB), and support continued digital growth. This is a rare opportunity to make a tangible impact in a brand that values initiative and rewards performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the eCommerce WSSI, ensuring optimum stock levels and sales performance
  • Oversee OTB planning and in-season trading to maximise sales and minimise markdown
  • Analyse and react to trade performance, proposing commercial actions to improve results
  • Collaborate with Buying and Planning teams to influence range planning and product strategy
  • Manage stock flow across own-channel and marketplace partners
  • Deliver insight-driven reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Mentor and support junior merchandisers and assistants

About You:
  • Strong merchandising background in a fast-paced fashion retail environment
  • Proven experience with WSSI, OTB, and digital trading
  • Data-driven and highly analytical, with a strong commercial mindset
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional team
  • Previous experience with marketplaces is highly desirable
  • A self-starter who enjoys being hands-on and takes ownership
