Job summary

Instore, part of Smiths News PLC, is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to cover Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. The role supports Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers to execute audits and meet KPIs across the territory.

You will assist in recruiting and training a team of Merchandisers, delivering refresher sessions as needed. This field-based role requires a full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with commitments to high service standards and customer-focused delivery.

Senior Merchandiser - Norfolk and Suffolk

£14.80 per hour (Inclusive of holiday pay) + mileage

Territory to be covered by the Senior Merchandiser: Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex

About the role

Our Senior Merchandisers support our Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers in achieving successful execution of routine audits and supporting the team to achieve targets and KPI’s across their geographical territory.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the recruitment, development and retention fo a team of dedicated Merchandisers and deliver annual refresher training as needed.

Who Are We Looking For?

This role is field based, and therefore the successful candidate will need to have a full clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle. The ideal candidate will also have experience in retail, or a field marketing environment and have a passion for ensuring that high standards are delivered and KPIs are met. You'll also be able to demonstrate:
