Job Description
  • Review & reforecast core line cards weekly based on performance. Propose actions in weekly trade to merchandiser regarding re-groups, par adjustments, phasing, or additional buys.
  • Review best sellers report weekly at line level. Suggest actions for best/worst sellers: regroups, distribution, intake, markdowns.
  • Coordinate intake with Merchandiser, review delivery schedules, manage critical path, and raise concerns impacting product launches, promotions, or stock levels.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and warehouse to ensure timely stock arrival and storage.
  • Work with retail team to resolve store stock issues and take appropriate actions.
  • Maintain WSSI; ensure weekly updates of OTB, correct intake scheduling, and monitor stock targets and YOY variances.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience as Merchandise Assistant, Senior Merchandise Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and Excel skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
