Job summary

DATS Recruitment is seeking a Senior MEP Revit Coordinator for a specialist engineering business in the North West England region. The role is permanent with excellent benefits and offers the chance to work on pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences facilities across the UK.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team from concept through to completion, delivering high-quality MEP designs and ensuring projects are completed to top industry standards with ISO 19650 compliance.

Qualifications

• ONC qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong experience coordinating MEP services on construction or turnkey projects
• Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills
• Knowledge of BIM processes and standards
• Experience in pharma/healthcare/labs/cleanrooms desirable
• Good MS Office skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated MEP models and construction information using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinate HVAC, heating, cooling, domestic water, drainage, containment and electrical services
• Develop and maintain multidisciplinary 3D BIM models
• Produce schematic, detailed and installation-ready drawings
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and BIM standards
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, project teams and clients to resolve design challenges and deliver coordinated solutions
