Job summary

Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced MEP Revit Coordinator to join a leading engineering organisation delivering regulated environments across pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare and high-tech sectors in Greater Manchester.

You will coordinate MEP designs using Revit and AutoCAD, develop multidisciplinary 3D BIM models, and produce construction drawings to a high standard while ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and timely delivery from design through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating MEP designs using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience on regulated environments (pharma/healthcare) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BIM processes and ISO 19650 is desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated MEP designs and construction information using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services across projects.
• Develop, maintain and update multi-disciplinary BIM models through the lifecycle.
• Produce installation drawings to a high standard.
• Ensure designs comply with BIM standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and construction teams to resolve clashes.
• Attend design coordination meetings and support delivery from design to commissioning.
