3D Personnel Ltd in Blyth, Northumberland, is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to head the full MEP package on a major data centre project. The role is senior, leading design through installation and commissioning, with a salary in the range £105,000–£125,000.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' MEP experience, a degree in Building Services Engineering, and a proven track record of leading M&E teams on large, complex schemes. Data centre or mission-critical experience is highly preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years' MEP experience with a main or specialist contractor.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Proven track record leading M&E teams on large, complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of all mechanical and electrical works across the project.
• Manage and mentor a team of M&E engineers and construction managers.
• Coordinate MEP design, procurement, installation and commissioning programmes.
• Manage MEP subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, cost and programme are met.
• Interface with CSA, design, commissioning and client teams.
• Drive health and safety standards and a right-first-time quality culture.
• Report progress, risks and mitigations to senior project leadership.
