This position involves working on a hyperscale data centre project in London, focusing on large-scale MEP packages.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in project cost reporting, financial management, and construction planning.
  • Strong networking skills with clients and supply chain.
  • Leadership in safety, commercial management, and team motivation.
  • Degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or equivalent; CSCS certification.
  • Membership of professional bodies like MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent.
  • Experience in large, diverse construction projects and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of sustainability, carbon considerations, and contract law.
