Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior MEP Building Services BIM Designer in Cardiff to join its Building Engineering Team. You will contribute to cutting-edge projects and lead BIM delivery, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team across Wales, Midlands and the South-West.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit, including model setup, modelling, drawing production and family management.
• Strong background in MEP building services systems and coordination across project sectors and stages.
• Understanding of principles, processes and standards for high-quality models and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery for projects, plan and produce models, drawings and data.
• Coordinate with disciplines and stakeholders to drive collaboration and issue resolution.
• Support Project Manager with progress updates and risk identification.
