Job summary

Cygnet Health Care Limited in Harrow is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our 38.5-hour-week patient‑facing team, covering day and night shifts. You’ll provide enhanced care, safeguarding and support to people with mental health needs in a recovery‑focused service.

The role requires strong communication, empathy and leadership potential. DBS check is mandatory, and we offer learning opportunities, coaching and a supportive work environment at Cygnet Hospital Harrow.

Responsibilities

• Support management in the day-to-day running of the service.
