Qualificações

• Must be a registered mental health nurse with current NMC pin.
• Experience in older people’s mental health is essential.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake comprehensive initial assessments for older adults with complex needs.
• Develop and implement care plans with service users and carers.
• Lead clinical decision-making and provide expert mental health guidance.
• Represent the service at LAP/Cluster meetings and support integrated care.
