Our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team is part of the Crisis Care Centre, at Harplands Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent. This has been designed to the highest level of specification. This modern, purpose-designed unit will be the central point for all those in need of a Crisis Assessment/Intervention, within the teams of the Crisis Care Centre.
The post holder is responsible for the delivery of care and for the supervision of others who are carrying out all aspects of the caring process. The post-holder will assist in setting and maintaining standards of care, participate in effective management of the team and unit, and will also maintain effective integration with the multi-disciplinary team, facilitating a collaborative approach to patient-focused care.
