This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible individual to join the Administration Team for the Stockport Community Mental Health Team East.
This role requires a highly organized person with the ability to prioritize their workload, work calmly and effectively, and communicate well at all levels.
You will provide comprehensive confidential administrative services. The work is varied, interesting, and sometimes challenging, requiring a strong work ethic and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
The main aspects include triaging telephone inquiries, data inputting, typing letters, scanning and uploading documents, and managing busy outpatient clinics. You will also assist with coordinating meetings, arranging, and taking minutes as required.
With your previous experience in a busy office environment, you should demonstrate accurate work and collaborate well within a team.
The administration team is friendly, and the work is varied and interesting.
