We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a substantive Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner/Case Manager
Location: Central Norfolk area
We seek a dynamic individual passionate about improving services for those experiencing a first episode of psychosis aged 14-65. This is a substantive role within a highly skilled team delivering interventions for first episode psychosis.
Previous experience with Psychosis in Early Intervention teams is advantageous but not essential.
You will work alongside dedicated clinicians who prioritize service users, families, carers, and social recovery, guided by National Standards to provide timely, evidence-based interventions.
A core qualification is required; suitable backgrounds include nursing, social work, or occupational therapy.

Post details include salary (£37,338 - £44,962), full-time, flexible hours, and a permanent contract. The role is based at Bure Centre, Norwich.
